Try through A2B to get to them but be prepared for rudeness,hanging up on you,not replying as agreed and after months still not refunding your money.I have taken legal action against their partner company in Turkey,as soon as this has been fully dealt with by the turkish court I will look to taking action in UK against ressorthoppa. I recommend that you just never use this company again and ensure all your friends and family know about their appalling Customer Service. Their treatment towards me after I did get communication with them made me feel physically sick. Also it was to no avail as they still refused to refund my taxi fare after they did not turn up to transfer me to the airport. Hi there I had the same issue, I only got an acknowledgement about my complaint through contacting their sister company A2B Travel. Are both these issues regular problems as I paid a lot for a private return private taxi with correct collection and arrival times and none of it happened? Luckily I did check online that morning but sometimes I don't have my laptop to check so I'm guessing I would have missed the taxi if I had kept him waiting for 45 mins. Why is this when I paid for a private taxi with no stops to my hotel? Secondly my return flight was at 19:00 and at the time of booking with Resorthoppa it stated my collection taxi would be at 17:15 which I arranged with the hotel to hold a room and instead the taxi arrived at 16:30 which is 45 mins earlier.

On arrival I was waiting 20 mins for collection in Tenerife Sur Airport of a private taxi booking which was paid for in full up front yet another passenger also got my taxi and went to a different location and got dropped off first. Would not recommend and would not use againīefore I leave a review two issues arose on what was my first booking with them, so before I recommend or not recommend them I'd like to know the answers to my queries. After 45 mins of this I was rapidly losing patience with them but fortunately for them they couldn't understand a word I said.Ī very simple 10-15 min journey ended up taking almost an hour. 3 times we were within 2 mins of our hotel and again they couldn't follow the satnav and before we knew it we were back on the motorway heading away from the hotel.

Again both the driver and co pilot seems totally baffled and unable to follow a very simple route. I then put our hotel into the satnav on my phone and handed it to the driver. On route to the hotel and after many many wrong turns and doubling back on ourselves several times I realised on their satnav they were taking us to the wrong hotel. After a few phone calls I managed to eventually find him.įor some reason our driver had a female co pilot with him which was handy as both were equally useless. We’ve contacted Hopper about this to try and get some money back and their refusing, so I would AVOID this company at all cost, you want to be held hostages and made to pay 300€ for a little bit of water!Īfter arriving at Palma airport we were unable to find our driver and had been given no instructions from hoppa on where to find him.

He made us feel so uncomfortable where my partner had to transfer this guy 300€ because he wouldn’t let us go and we would of missed our flight home. All 4 of us were made hostages until we paid 300€ fine which looked made up from a computer screen as the driver keep walking off talking on his phone! We offered him 28€ which all we had left in cash to get his chairs and floor cleaned but he laughed in our faces. We got in the transfer to go back to the airport, however my partner threw up but lucky the driver managed to pull over so he could throw up outside of the vehicle, the second time the driver didn’t stop in time and my partner threw up on his lap and on the floor, however it was just water coming up as he didn’t eat anything for a long time. Saturday morning my partner wasn’t feeling very well, we believe it was food poisoning as he was the only one who ate something completely different to us for dinner. We flew from Luton to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, we was scheduled to be picked up at 10am as we landed just after 9am, it took us an hour and a half nearly to get through security but our driver waited until 10:30am for us, however the problems started on the way back to the airport to fly home.
